Biography:
Diane Lahola
Diane Lahola currently serves as the Director of Workforce
Planning for Sutter Health. In this role, Diane develops
strategies to assist the organization in hiring and retaining
a highly qualified workforce. The areas of focus include
workforce planning, supply and demand analysis used in business
planning, maintaining in-house knowledge of industry best
practices in employee recruitment and retention, overseeing
systemwide recruitment and retention initiatives and workforce
development programs, and educating management on their role
in retaining talent. The Workforce Planning function encompasses
developing recruitment and retention strategies for critical
positions (e.g. the RN Agenda); executive recruitment; support
and coordination of affiliate recruitment and retention activities
to achieve organization imperatives. Diane has 20 years of
broad-based Human Resources leadership experience, including
development and integration of HR practices; overseeing systemwide
HR initiatives; due diligence, affiliation and transition
of new organizations into Sutter Health; and HR operations
in urban and rural hospitals as well as ambulatory services.
